The Houston SPCA is a pet adoption agency who's mission is to promote commitment to and respect for all animals and free them from suffering, abuse and exploitation. My goal with these is to play to the humor of both the high profile elite breeds and the odd mixes of breeds that you run into at the pet adoption shelters.
